A different and exotic bar in Istanbul. Everything in this elegant Istanbul nightclub is black: floors, curtains, tables, seating. Even the bar staff wear black. The atmosphere’s more high-end fashion house than funeral home. Opened in 2005, in a superb location on the Bosphorus, the venue does indeed attract a high fashion crowd with a high VIP count. Hugely popular, it goes without saying that reservations are essential on weekend nights.

"The award for Istanbul's most monochromatic nightclub — black leather banquettes, black tables, black floors, black curtains, black-clad servers — goes to this spot. Far from funereal, this nightclub, which opened in 2005, along the Bosphorus teems with the likes of the fashion designer Gianfranco Ferré; the president of Lukoil, Vagit Y. Alekperov; the former Washington restaurateur (and buddy of the Clintons) Sahir Erozan and other international moguls. No cover, but reservations are essential on weekends."
